Do you need to apply for credit terms?

Applying for Net Credit Terms is applying for a line of credit. Invoices are due as the credit terms indicate.

You will need the following to apply for Net Credit Terms:

• Trade References-Business Name / Contact Name / Phone / Email (1 reference is required)
• Bank Reference-Bank Name / Contact Name / Phone / Email (1 reference is required)
• Resale or Exemption certificate. This is your state issued certificate that exempts you from paying sales tax.
• Email address

You will need the following to apply for Net Credit Terms:

Credit Card Surcharge: As early as April 6, 2026 we are making changes to our payment processing policies.

What’s Changing: A credit card surcharge could be applied to payments made with credit cards that have a billing address in the United States. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover debit cards will no longer be accepted as forms of payment.

Looking to avoid credit card processing fees? ACH (Automated Clearing House) may be a great option, subject to your financial institution. Select ACH during the application process to enroll. For assistance, reach out to newaccountcredit@ingramcontent.com. ACH is a US banking solution only. We cannot offer ACH if your bank is outside of the United States.
